Directions

  1. Cook spinach with as little water as possible and with the butter (less than 1 stick is fine). Mix with Large eggs, cheeses and onion and dill. Put 1/2 mix in greased 9"x13" glass dish, cover with several sheets of phyllo buttered with softened spread. Put rest of mix on this and another layer of phyllo, brush with butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Serves 10 to 12.
