Directions

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Grease 2 qt casserole. In greased casserole combine rice, sugar and lowfat milk; dot with butter. BAke at 300 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hrs till rice is tender and pudding is creamy, stirring occasionally. Cold; sprinkle each serving with cinnamon. Store in refrigerator.
  2. Serves 9.
