Ingredients
- 6 lg. potatoes
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grated onion
Directions
- Peel potatoes, grate and drain. Remove as much water as possible. Stir in the large eggs. Mix together flour, baking pwdr and salt and add in. Stir in the grated onions. Saute in shallow fat till brown, turn and brown other side. Serve with applesauce.
