Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb hamburger, (1 1/2 to 2)
- 2 can tomato sauce, (8 ounce.)
- 2 can tomato paste, (6 ounce.)
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 x onion, minced
- 3 x cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions
- Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce with 1 c. water. Mix all ingredients together except hamburger. Bring sauce to boil, then simmer 2 to 4 hrs, adding hamburger, browned and liquid removed, the last hour. Serve over spaghetti.
- NOTE: This is a fairly mild sauce and most any desired herbs or possibly spices may be added.
