- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 2/3 c. scalding warm lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Fold in order given and pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Reduce to 350 degrees for 10 more min. Test for doneness with table knife - should come out clean when done.
