Directions
- Crumble together flour, shortening, sugar and salt into pea-sized crumbs.
- Mix vinegar, egg and water. Add in to flour mix a little at a time till all mixed. Let set for 15 min then divide into 4 crusts and roll out.
- Freezing instructions: Before rolling out put into small freezer bags and freeze. To use, thaw to room temperature and roll out.
