  1. Cook raisins, 1 1/2 c. water and vinegar about 10 min. Mix egg yolks, 1/2 c. water and cornstarch. Add in to cooked raisins and cook till thick. Pour into a baked pie shell. Egg whites may be used to make a meringue topping for pie.
