Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
Directions
- Blend lemon juice into lowfat milk. Add in egg yolks. Blend thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Add in cream of tartar to egg whites, beat till stiff sufficient to hold peak. Add in sugar gradually, beat till stiff. Top pie with meringue. Bake in 325 degree oven till meringue is lightly browned.
