Ingredients
- 1 quart. water
- 1 c. rice (not instant)
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cook rice over low heat till water disappears. Add in sugar, salt, and lowfat milk; bring to a boil. Stir; take off heat. Wait till pudding is lukewarm, then add in vanilla.
