Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs, separated
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell (pastry or possibly graham)
  • 3 tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolk, add in lowfat milk and beat well. Add in lemon juice to taste. Pour into pie shell. Cover with meringue made by adding 3 Tbsp. sugar to beaten egg whites and beating till stiff. Brown in oven preheated to 350 degrees then turned off.
