Ingredients
- 1 can Libby pumpkin
- 2 1/3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoon ginger
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 quart. lowfat milk
Directions
- Thoroughly mix pumpkin and sugar. Add in Large eggs and stir till mixed thoroughly. Add in flour, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Stir. Add in lowfat milk slowly till thoroughly mixed. Pour into 3-4 pie crusts. Bake 15 min at 400 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake till hard, about 45 min.
