  • 1 stk Butter
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. (Heaping) Yellow Corn Meal Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. (Heaping) Toasted Wheat Germ
  • 1 Tbsp. (Heaping) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Let butter soften for a few min. Use it to lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  2. In one bowl, combine butter and sugar. Mix till smoothly blended. Add in egg and mix will. Add in chocolate chips and mix again briefly.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, corn meal flour, wheat germ, and rolled oats. (It should add in up to about 1 1/3 c..) Add in baking pwdr and salt, and mix well.
  4. Pour flour mix into butter/sugar/egg/chip mix. Stir till all flour is absorbed (about 1 minute) but do not overstir.
  5. Pour blobs of dough on the pre-greased sheet. (Blobs should be the volume of two level tsp. of dough.) Leave 1 1/2 to 2 inches of space between blobs.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 min (give or possibly take 1 or possibly 2 min, depending on how soft or possibly hard you like them.)
  7. Remove tray and let cold for 5 min. Remove the cookies with a spatula.
