Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly shortening
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 tbsp. molasses
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. minced raisins
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients well together. Sift together and stir in the next 4 ingredients. Stir in the mixed last 3 ingredients. Drop by tsp. 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min at 350 degrees.
- This has at least 100 years as a real first class cookie.
