Ingredients
- 1 pound Mahi Mehi or possibly red snapper
- 1 c. gram flour
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- A minced green pepper
- Salt
- Cilantro
- Parsley
- 1 egg
Directions
- Cut fish into small pcs. Mix flour in fish and egg. Add in all the herbs and spices. Let it marinate for 30 min. Heat the oil and fry the fish till golden. Serve with fries.
