This looks tasty. I can't seem to find masox or masoxu online. What is it? What would you substitute for it if you couldn't buy it? Thanks for sharing such great recipes with us. I'm looking forward to trying some of them.

John! MASOX is our one of the most industrially produced extracts used to flavor soups and sauces. Contains meat and vegetable extracts and other substances, including salt and spices that help seasoning. It comes in a semi-solid form in the shape of rectangular blocks and their use is replaced meat broth, which serves as a basis for mass soups and sauces.Thank you! I also have the pleasure of your wonderful recipes!
