Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 4 tsp crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce (bottled)

Directions

  1. Heat grill.
  2. Shape meat into 8 thin patties of equal size.
  3. Place 1 Tbsp. of cheese on top of 4 patties; cover with second patty. Healthy pinch edges of patties together to seal.
  4. Brush patties before and during cooking with Teriyaki sauce. Grill over medium coals for 7 to 9 min per side or possibly till cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
