  • 6 ounce aged gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 3 x generous grates nutmeg or possibly
  • 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg salt white pepper warm cooked pasta

Directions

  1. Stir together cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook gently over medium heat till mix reduces by one-fourth. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta to coat well. Serve with extra nutmeg, if you like.
