Directions

  1. FOR DRESSING: Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, curry pwdr, ginger, and salt; set aside. In large bowl combine the cooked chicken, celery, nectarines, cherries, and green onions.
  2. Pour dressing over chicken mix; toss lightly to mix. Refrigerateseveral hrs. At serving time, add in toasted almonds and toss salad. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Serves 6.
