Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can chilled evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 gallon homogenized lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat egg yolks. Beat in condensed and evaporated lowfat milk. Add in sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Beat egg whites till stiff. Add in mix to egg whites a little at a time, till all are mixed together. Refrigeratemix till ready to freeze. Then add in homogenized lowfat milk to desired taste and freeze.
