Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 can bamboo sprouts
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions
Directions
- Cut meat into thin strips and brown in veg. oil. Add in 3 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. soy sauce. Cook 3 min in skillet. Add in to the skillet minced onions. Add in sliced mushrooms, bamboo sprouts, celery. Cook till tender. Serve over warm rice.
