  1. Cut meat into thin strips and brown in veg. oil. Add in 3 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. soy sauce. Cook 3 min in skillet. Add in to the skillet minced onions. Add in sliced mushrooms, bamboo sprouts, celery. Cook till tender. Serve over warm rice.
