Ingredients
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 pound grnd beef, pork & veal combined
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Large eggs, beaten slightly
Directions
- Combine above ingredients thoroughly. Shape into meatballs approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Bake in 400 degree oven about 15 min, turning once, till brown on all sides. Meanwhile make sauce. Can be served over rice, on submarine rolls with cheese or possibly as an hors d'oeuvres.
