Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. liquid smoke
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 4 chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes, skinned and boned
  • 2 med. onions (4 wedges)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Warm cooked long grain and wild rice

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish; stir well. Add in chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hrs, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8-10 min, turning after 4 min. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
