Ingredients
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 c. minced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) cubed Cheddar
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine corn flakes with melted butter. Set aside for topping.
- Stir together remaining ingredients. Spoon mix into 10x6x2 inch (1 1/2 qt) glass baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min or possibly till heated through. Yields 6 servings.
