Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. Wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Hot water

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the pan in the order listed, select white bread and press "Start".
  2. NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
  3. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
  4. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
