Ingredients: 16 ounce Half and half; 8 ounce Whipping cream; 8 x Large eggs; 1 1/4 c. Sugar; 1/4 tsp Vanilla; 4 1/2 x White bread slices; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Raisins

Ingredients

16 ounce Half and half
8 ounce Whipping cream
8 x Large eggs
1 1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
4 1/2 x White bread slices
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp. Raisins

Directions

Mix well: Half and half, whipping cream, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla. Arrange bread on bottom of 10x12 pan. Pour mix over bread. Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle over bread.
Spread raisins over top. Cover with foil and bake in water bath at 400 degrees for 75 - 90 min.
