Ingredients

  • Almond flour 3 tablespoons
  • corn flour 4 tablespoons
  • 2 teaspoon melted butter or margarine
  • 2 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
  2. Pour in separate microwave safe bowl sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Microwave for 4 – 4 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave power level or till done.
