Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pimientos, drained
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free all-purpose flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill GF AP Baking)
  • 2 teaspoon Frank’s hot sauce
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 2 cups Kinnikinnick GF Panko Breadcrumbs, divided
  • Oil for frying
