- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup 2% milk + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar)
