- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (make sure your bottle says gluten free)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
