Ingredients
- Mashed potatoes
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) container cream cheese
Directions
- Make mashed potatoes accordingly to own recipe (can use instant potatoes). Place in casserole bowl (lightly greased with butter). Fold in lowfat sour cream and cream cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
- Note: You can add in to top of potatoes before baking, either grated cheese or possibly bacon.
