  • (Get Lots Of Protein)
  • 1 ctn (24 ounce) non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 lb grnd turkey, cooked and well liquid removed
  • 2 c. white rice, cooked
  • 1 jar salsa (any flavor or possibly heat)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and roll up in a tortilla.
