Directions

  1. Bring sugar and water to boil. Dissolve cornstarch and 3/4 c. cool water. Add in to sugar mix. Cook 10 min till clear and thick. Stir occasionally. Blend in salt, lemon juice and red food coloring to make light red. Pour glaze over sliced berries. Mix gently cold. Pour in pie shell and top with whipped cream.
