Ingredients

  • 3 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl at low speed, scraping the bowl for 30 seconds. Beat medium speed 4 min. Pour into pan; bake till toothpick comes clean. Cold. Spread with glaze. Sprinkle with minced nuts.
  2. Glaze: Beat 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 to 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk till smooth and desired consistency.
