Ingredients
- Baked pie shell
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. peach Jello
- 5 to 6 drops yellow food coloring (if you like)
- Fresh peaches, diced (can use canned peaches)
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Boil water, sugar, and cornstarch till clear. Add in peach Jello and stir till dissolved. Add in coloring and cold. Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour glaze over and chill. Top with whipped cream
