Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound ham steak
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 - 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Directions
- Place ham steak in baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and dry mustard over ham. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 c. pineapple juice over ham. Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 min.
