  • 1 pound grnd smoked ham
  • 1 pound grnd pork
  • 1 c. Raisin Bran
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of thyme
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion

Directions

  1. HAM BALLS: Make smaller meatballs - place close together in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
  2. GLAZE: Combine ingredients for glaze, bring to boil. Spoon over ham balls after they have baked a half hour and then bake 30 min longer with glaze. Makes 24.
