Ingredients
- 1 (5 lb.) canned ham
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. applesauce
Directions
- Score ham; place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; pour off fat. Combine honey, mustard, and lemon juice; spread over top of ham. Bake 15 min more (15 min per lb. or possibly 130 degrees on meat thermometer). Remove to platter.
- On top of range, in roasting pan, add in remaining ingredients to drippings. Heat, stirring now and then. Serve with ham. Makes 8-10 servings.
