Ingredients
- 3/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
- 2 x scallions minced
- 1/2 lb precooked mini smoked sausages (the ones with cheese in them will work also)
Directions
- In a 1-qt mini electric slow cooker; mix together the preserves and mustard. Stir in scallions and sausages. Cover, plug in the cooker and cook for 3 hrs or possibly till very warm.
- Remove the cover, stir to mix and serve immediately with toothpicks; keep the heat on for another 30 to 60 min if you like while serving.
