Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings (about 15)
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 teaspoon five spice pwdr
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
- Cut wings at joint to make 3 pcs; throw away tips. Place wings in shallow glass dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hrs, turning chicken occasionally. Arrange wings on a rack in foil-lined broiler pan; reserve marinade. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 min. Turn chicken and bake, brushing occasionally with marinade, till done, about 30 min. Serve with barbecue sauce or possibly warm mustard sauce. (Mix 3 Tbsp. dry mustard, 2 Tbsp. water and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce till smooth.
