Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
- 3/4 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 6 x Chicken breast halves (boneless)
Directions
- Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, lemon peel and juice; brush both sides of chicken breasts with mix. Place, side by side, in shallow baking pan, skin side down. Bake in 350 F. oven 20 min. Turn chicken over; brush with remaining baste & glaze mix. Return to oven and bake 20 min longer, or possibly till chicken is tender.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
