Ingredients
- 2 bags (2 lb.) carrots, peeled & diced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3-4 tbsp. orange juice
Directions
- Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water till cooked but still hard. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and cook till warm. Pour over carrots and serve immediately.
