Ingredients

  • 1 med Head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1 c. Shredded carrots
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn peas, thawed
  • 5 x Green onions, sliced
  • 1 med Green pepper, minced
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 6 x Bacon strips, cooked, crumbled

Directions

  1. In a 3-quart. clear glass serving bowl, layer the first six ingredients in order given. Combine mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream till smooth; spread proportionately over salad. Cover and refrigerateovernight. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
