  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Or possibly
  •     Peanut Oil
  • 1 head Savoy Cabbage Note 1
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
  •     Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Peel, Mince
  •     Juice Of 1 Lemon
  •     Fresh Parsley Chopped

Directions

  1. Note 1: any cabbage or possibly chard can be used, about 1 1/2 lbs, core, shred, chop
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, and saute/fry the cabbage, stirring occasionally. When it is limp but not mushy, after about 10 minutes, add in the garlic, salt and pepper, and cook another 2 minutes, stirring. Add in the ginger, cook another minute, and remove to a platter. Drizzle with the lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
  3. Makes 4 servingsTime: 30 minutes
