Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Or possibly
- Â Â Peanut Oil
- 1 head Savoy Cabbage Note 1
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
- Â Â Salt And Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Peel, Mince
- Â Â Juice Of 1 Lemon
- Â Â Fresh Parsley Chopped
Directions
- Note 1: any cabbage or possibly chard can be used, about 1 1/2 lbs, core, shred, chop
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, and saute/fry the cabbage, stirring occasionally. When it is limp but not mushy, after about 10 minutes, add in the garlic, salt and pepper, and cook another 2 minutes, stirring. Add in the ginger, cook another minute, and remove to a platter. Drizzle with the lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
