Directions

  1. Heat the oils in a wok or possibly heavy skillet till warm. Add in Shrimp and stir fry for 2 min. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  2. Add in garlic to wok. Stir for 15 to 20 seconds. Add in snow peas, water chestnuts, broth, and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 - 3 min.
  3. Combine the cornstarch and water in small c.. Blend till smooth and add in to wok.
  4. Return Shrimp to wok with ginger and stir till sauce thickens and mix is heated through.
  5. Serve immediately over chow mein noodles or possibly rice.
