Directions

  1. 1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan or possibly wok.
  2. 2. Add in the ginger, garlic, scallops, onions, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Add in the seasoning, soy sauce and blended cornflour. Cook for a further 1-2 min, till the sauce is thickened and smooth.
  4. NOTES : Delicious tender scallops with an authentic oriental flavour.
