  • 1 lb Carrots, cut in quarters, lengthwise
  • 1/4 c. Frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey or possibly syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Tempt young palates with fresh vegetables which truly have a swinging flavor! Use the magic of the pressure cooker to produce these coloful and appetizing three-minute wonders.
  2. Place carrots in cooker, without rack. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Close Cover securely. Cook 3 min. Cold cooker at once.
