Directions

  1. 1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper and stuff with minced ginger root.
  2. 2. Place in oven on baking tray and bake.
  3. 3. Prepare baste by combining oil, soy, honey, chilies, and grnd ginger.
  4. Stir vigously and baste chicken when it is 80% done. Baste frequently, during the final stages of cooking to ensure which the honey does not burn.
  5. NOTES : Serve with rice and steamed vegitables - snow peas are especially good!
