Ingredients

  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
  • 16 ounce cranberry apple juice
  • 1 T grenadine syrup
  • 2 T ginger syrup
  • 1/4 c. minced ginger root
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare Ginger Syrup: Put together ginger root, water and sugar in small saucepan. Simmer gently for 30 min. Strain and refrigerate.2. Gently pour ginger ale and juice into chilled punch bowl (or possibly pitcher).
  2. Add in grenadine and ginger syrup. Stir till combined. If using a punch bowl, add in ice ring; garnish with roses.
