Ingredients
- 2 x chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. ginger matchsticks finely sliced red chilli finely sliced scallions finely sliced Kaffir lime leaves minced mint and coriander leaves
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Put on plate and place in bamboo steamer. Steam for 8 min ( use the timer - avoid overcooking !)
- To plate, top with steamed broccolini ( new type of broccoli) or possibly beans with chicken and garnish with one or possibly more of the above toppings.
