Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger strips
- 400 grams squash, sliced
- 6 pc okra, sliced
- 1 pc green chili
- 1 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1 pouch of Del Monte tomato sauce
- 150 g medium shrimps, trimmed
- 1 3/4 cups malunggay leaves
Directions
- Saute garlic, onion, ginger in 1 tbsp of oil. Add squash, okra, 3/4 tsp of iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp of rock salt), green chili and coconut milk. Simmer for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Del Monte Tomato Sauce and shrimps. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add malunggay leaves and simmer for another 2 minutes.
